Daily Joint Hygiene includes seven functional movement sessions designed to support joint health, circulation, and nervous system readiness. These short, 15–20 minute sessions step slightly outside the traditional yoga box, favouring mostly standing, real-world movement patterns that help you feel awake, mobile, and resilient—without the need for a mat or props. Across the week, you’ll explore a blend of CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), gentle shaking, spirals, twisting patterns, and simple soft-tissue techniques to nourish the wrists, shoulders, spine, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. The series progresses gradually from very gentle, grounding practices toward more integrated and expressive movement, while always remaining low-stress and accessible. This is not a workout, and it’s not a stretch routine. This is daily joint hygiene—like brushing your teeth, but for your body. Each session stands alone, yet together they form a well-rounded approach to longevity, consistency, and feeling good in your body.
