This library exists to support one thing: intelligent, intentional movement inside a larger coaching relationship. Rather than sending clients scattered links or one-off references, this course centralizes the exercise tutorials I use most often inside my one-to-one mentorship work—making them easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to apply. Inside, you’ll find strength, mobility, coordination, corrective, and nervous-system-informed movement tutorials that are designed to be assigned, not randomly followed.
