Asana Jaya | Long Holds

Asana Jaya means Victory over the Asanas, and traditionally involves longer holds of classical asana. This practice consists of basic preparatory techniques before a sequence of three basic asana: Sirsasana, Sarvangasana and Paschimottanasana. The session concludes in a way that relaxes, balances and harmonizes the whole system.
