This is a slower-paced series, featuring asanas that are held for a slightly longer period of time. This series is excellent for beginners, or those looking to let go and unwind. In addition to being a great way to relax, yin yoga is also an excellent supplement for advanced inversion/ movement practitioners. You will never move well if the body is sore and tired!
