Vikasa Complete Class

This 2-hour practice is taught at and inspired by VIKASA Complete Classes. Start with chanting, nauli kriya, kapalabhati and alternate nostril breathing. Follow with a classical sequence of Hatha Yoga asana. It is recommended to be familiar with some of these techniques before this session. Vikasa Complete is comparable to what you might find during one of my Yoga Retreat, Trainings, or Intensives in Thailand.
