SMR refers to a series of techniques aimed at enhancing end range of motion, reducing chronic pain and fatigue, as well as pre / post exercise muscle performance. In this series, Rama discusses specific tools and techniques and offers insights into the overall practice of SMR.

Module 1

Self-Myofascial Release

Featuring a collection of short workshop-style sessions aimed at SMR techniques for assorted key anatomy. Practice them all and bookmark (or memorize) your favorite SMR sessions. It is not recommended to perform deep SMR techniques on the same part of the body every day. Give yourself 48hr rest for any given muscle group.
