This Course has been designed to feel more like a functional flexibility yoga class and less like an actual workout. Rama offers modifications, clear guidance and insight into best practices for effectively enhancing your flexibility.
It is recommended to give the body at least 24-hr rest between sessions focusing on similar skills.
