5-Minute Flexibility Fast Track

An online flexibility and mobility training video course focusing on short but effective workouts.

This Course is part of the Flexible Forever Bundle. The Fast Track Training Library features short 5 to 7 minute practices focusing on skills such as the pancake, deep squat and middle splits. These classes are short enough to easily fit into your busy lifestyle and start yielding results fast. Classes in this module can even be cycled like a circuit for a slightly longer workout. Classes can be performed without equipment. However practitioners will benefit from yoga blocks, elevated surfaces such as chairs/ tables and light free-weight.
