Middle Split Assessment

In this Flexible Forever Course, we’ve already spent a fair amount of time dissecting the mechanics of the middle split. But as a quick review, the middle splits are primarily a stretch for the adductors. One of the biggest barriers to success has to do with impingement/ a jamming up of the femur and hip bones. To work around this impingement, and given the fact that legs are weightbearing, we should look to anteriorly tilt the pelvis.
