If you are comfortable with Levels 1 & 2, this class is for you. Rama designed the Level 3 practice with regular use in mind. Featuring minimal instruction and taught with an air for inner movement. NOTE - This is an open ended practice. Meaning there are no closing comments, which will allow you to sit in silent observation after the practice for as long as you choose.
